Furniture City

I had been looking at Firniture City's Instagram page for some time. I was in need of a sofe for my kids' movie room and knew that I wanted to make a purchase from Furniture City. When I walked in, I was in awe. Everything was beautiful. I visited every floor (3 stories), and Sales Associate, Edwin, helped us. He had excellent customer service skills. He wasn't pushy, and he listened to what my needs were and delivered. I purchased a sofa with that was supposed to be more of a navy blue, but after ordering it the color was not available. Edwin called me and sent me another color choice. He actually stayed in communication with me and answered all of my questions up until the sofa arrived. When the sofa did arrive at the warehouse, I initially thought it was too blue. But it's for my kids, and they loved it. So I'm happy. If ever you're in the area and stop by Furniture City, ask for Edwin, he's the best!

Hassan is a complete joy to work with! Attention to detail when listening to a customer’s request. Furniture is a tough field to be in but Hassan has it dialed in! He’s very knowledgeable and allows the customer to feel free and in charge! He provides honest feedback for all furniture items and reads the room very well! Great job Hassan! Also, Jamal is a great mentor. I can tell that he was the manager. Not micro managing at all but more so chiming in when needed…which meant he has trust in his team and vice versa. Great job to both of you!

Mall had a awesome selection in stores. Black Friday was hectic but fun, prices went from alright to amazing. Food court was amazing with even a playground for kids inside. Dave & busters connected to mall and more stores & food places next to it. Definitely a place to check out!
