WALKER'S AUTOMOTIVE REVIEWS

Rich understood the characteristic behavior and issue my car was having with one its’ catalytic converter, and provided the status of my catalytic converter, with printed graphs with test measurements the Smog test Referee requires for eligibility an unavailable part waiver. Thanks Rich. You understood the erratic performance of the car’s catalytic converter, that a previous shop before you did not understand! Walkers has superior knowledge needed to solve my car’s complex problem. Thank you!.

Rich was super nice and knowledgeable about my 2009 Honda Civic and answered all the questions I had about the issues I was having and what needed to be fixed. They did a great job fixing everything, now my car runs great! I’ll definitely take my car back here in the future for any other mechanical issues.

Had to have my daughters car dropped off there. They determined what was wrong and with the high milage they suggested I not repair it. They could have suggested otherwise and put the $ in their pockets, but that was not the case. Everyone I have talked to has been polite and patient. Big thumbs up from me for Walkers Automotive.

This was the best car repair experience ever. I brought my car in for the air conditioning and it was done within 2 hours! Very courteous, communicative, and fair with the price. This has always been an excellent repair shop. I have not been here since the ownership change, and I was happy to see that the service is as good as ever.

Everyone was so friendly and the shop was well kept. They have a little waiting area w/daily newspapers from WSJ, the times, phone chargers and complimentary coffee/water or juice. They fixed the AC in my hyundai in under 2 hrs and did so at an extremely reasonable price—I highly recommend these guys.

George and team are honest. Their estimates and actual costs of repair are spot on. Will continue to take my vehicles to them and not the local Honda dealer.

If you want a place to take your car and get excellent service, then this is the place. If you want to know that you are getting work done on your car with honest prices, then this is the place. On top of that, they tell you in advance when they have deals on Groupon for certain services, saving you even more money, don't purchase it on Groupon though, they will price match. I got many quotes from other shops and was told by most that my price would have been at least $300-$400 more then what I paid here. And no it's not, "you get what you paid for" and it's crap work. It's honest and reliable work, and because of that they will continue to get my business guaranteeing them a lifetime customer! Oh I almost forgot, they also give you lifetime warranty on your brake pads.

Terry Wise was my service advisor. Terry demonstrated great professionalism. He made me feel very comfortable with the problems with my vehicle. He showed me pictures of my Chevy's engine parts that could be problematic in the future. He helped me understand in a sincere way that made me feel at ease. I recommend this place. I give them the highest rating and usually never give this high of a rating.

I had a great experience at Meineke getting my tires changed and my wheels realigned. Alex was extremely helpful and made the whole process smooth and hassle-free. He took the time to explain everything clearly and ensured my car was in top shape before I received my car back. My car drives perfectly now! Highly recommend this location for anyone needing quality auto care.
