I called the shop today to inquire about an arrangement and same-day delivery and I was pleasantly surprised. Exotic Flowers delivered an amazing product the same day, and at the time I requested. Their customer service and exemplary workmanship is unmatched!! The florist whom I initially spoke with on the phone messaged me personally to ask which vase I'd like as they did not have the one pictured on-line. She also sent me a picture of the arrangement, which was gorgeous!!! My family and I will definitely be returning to this top-notch establishment for all our floral needs. Highly recommend from an out-of-state patron. Thank you so much for exceeding my expectations and making my sisters birthday extra special.

ordered a bouquet for my friend to celebrate her newborn, and the bouquet was SO gorgeous and better than expected! The color scheme they chose (whites and blues) was perfect for the occasion. George and his team were so helpful when I called in last minute to move the delivery date around too. George personally called to make sure the delivery went well and that everyone was happy with the flowers. That’s an owner who cares about his business, which I so appreciated. Will definitely be ordering from here again.

I called out of state to have flowers delivered to my grandmother who lives locally. The owner answered and took my order. He was very helpful. My grandmother absolutely loved them she said they were glorious. she told me later she knew the shop well which is a plus! Next time I need to order flowers I will definitely be using Modesto exotic flowers.

Fantastic customer service!!! I contacted them last week due to previous floral arrangements that my son had got cancelled 2 days before his prom. I called several florist nearest to my location and branched out from there. No one was accepting anymore orders until I came across this flower shop. The staff here were very friendly and professional. I emailed them a couple of pictures for design inspiration for a corsage and boutonnière and they greatly exceeded our expectations. Needless to say, they are now my go to spot for my family’s floral needs. Their operation is serious business too. Definitely check them out because they came in clutch when desperately needed. My son and his girlfriend were overjoyed with the results, and I scored huge pop points as well. Thank you very much Fresh Ideas Flower Co.

I ordered from 1800-flowers and usually I never know what I am going to get or what florist they are going to come from… this bouquet took me by surprise tho! They are so much more then I could have asked for and they did the job of making my mama cry and expressing how much I love her.
