I recommend this jewelry store 100%. The staff is friendly and super helpful. I’ve had a very pleasant experience all the times I’ve been there. The prices are great and they work with your budget. I like that they are not pushy. I love the ladies there (Shammi and Blanca are my favorite). I’ve bought jewelry at other stores but Kevin’s Jewelers is my favorite! The jewelry is beautiful and affordable!

So I had to return a ring at another jewlery store after multiple issues, walked by Kevin jewelers just to look, Shamming and Blanca assisted me with finding my forever ring. My partner is my forever guy and let me just get what I wanted, and that I did a beautiful 3 carat ring with separate diamond band. They have been great already went back and purchased gold chain with diamond cross.My go to jewelers!

Top Notch Jeweler in ALL Aspects. Alex assisted me in the purchase of earrings for my wife. From the start, Yates/Alex were prompt to assist me -- offering high quality and reasonably priced options. Communication throughout the entire process was exceptional. Their ETA for the custom pair was spot on. Delivery was fast & secure. Payment transaction was quick, efficient, and simple. I received not just the earrings in a jeweler box with independent lab-graded diamond Certificates (for each diamond), but Alex was so kind to also include a gift bag and tissue paper to present to my wife. Alex/Yates went above and beyond for both service and product than what you would get from a "Big Box Jeweler." Wonderful experience finding Yates Jewelers online using a Google search for Tahitian pearl and diamond earrings to match a necklace I own! Called the number and Alexandra was so courteous looking up the earrings for me, sending a video of them and shipping them out right away after I purchased them! Beautiful quality pearls and the diamonds are so sparkly! The packaged arrive two days later in a beautiful box with all the paperwork! Wonderful transaction.
