Sales lady Hannah was great. I did have some issues concerning delivery but in the end the store manager made it right for me and I did finally get my chair. I am just glad to finally have my chair and we were able to install the swivel with no issues. Thank you. The chair itself is amazing, I have some spine issues and haven't been comfortable for a very long time sitting. I sat in my chair all evening, reclining, and my toes never went numb. The chair I purchased was Brooks model. I finally slept without waking up in pain. I love the chair.

The salesperson, Denise, was excellent. Her knowledge about the furniture was amazing. She was very professional and helpful at explaining the features of each piece of furniture and provided valuable input to help us make our choice. I highly recommend this store and salesperson.
