HERITAGE WOODS OF SOUTH ELGIN REVIEWS

This is a clean and safe home environment and my mother is very happy in her own apartment with all of her personal things around her including her beloved cat. I don't have to worry because I know she will always receive the best care from the exceptional nursing staff and a hands on administrator who shows personal concern for his residents. Also, since I take care of all of my mother's financial affairs, I have to say that the Business office has been a life saver with paper work. They have been an invaluable resource to me and always helped me when I have reached out to them. Thank you Heritage Woods for all that you do.

I love it here. This place is amazing, the cna's and nurses treat me wonderful. I love the activities and the bus outings.

Valentine's handouts today. Very yummy. Janet and her staff do a great job for resident's, our mother always loves getting sweets.

The Sheridan at Tyler Creek has been caring for my mom for just over a year. She is 89 and has dementia but is healthy otherwise. They do an excellent job overall with caring for her. I am very thankful for the staff and all they do to care for my mom since my dad passed away 4 years ago. Thank you all.

The staff member are very nice in welcoming they treat their guests and permanent members here very gently the place is very clean and spotless.

The Sheridan at Tyler Creek is an amazing assisted living facility! Every time I go there everyone is super friendly and helpful. The community is very clean as well!!!

My mom is in memory care. The staff ( Theresa, Jackie, Robin and the others) is the best. Cindy is alway available if we have any questions.They treat my mom very respectfully. They have activities 5 days a week. And Vicki is a fabulous activity director. My mom has been here for 3 years and we are very pleased with Silver Glen.

Can’t say enough about the staff at Silver Glen. They are attentive and caring. I have recommended many people who want extraordinary care for their loved ones. My Mom was treated with kindness and respect. Any issues were immediately addressed.

Went to tour with my grandmother and mother. Very pretty place, staff was friendly and very helpful.
