Springs at South Elgin truly feels like a luxury community. The grounds are always spotless, and the amenities—pool, gym, dog parks, car wash, attached garages, trash pick-up, and organized resident events—make it feel welcoming and connected. The staff is wonderful and genuinely cares about the residents! My only small frustration is the fact that it's marketed as a gated community, but the car gates are usually open or broken, and the side gates don’t work with a fob like they’re supposed to, and unfortunately, it doesn't seem like there's a plan to fix them. It doesn’t take away from how much I enjoy living there, but it’s worth noting. Overall, a great place to call home!

The Springs Apartments have been amazing! My husband and I recently moved it and have loved it. Thanks to Demi the whole process was seamless. We appreciate the kind and quick staff, the gated community, pet friendly environment, and the nice/new quality it has. We have had a great experience so far!

I’ve been living at Watermark for about a year and I’m super impressed with everything this little community has to offer. From the moment I moved in, everything has been great. No complaints whatsoever. The location is perfect. A few restaurants that are in walking distance (Chipotle, Starbucks, Panera, Rookies). The Watermark staff is incredible. Nicole is one of the best property managers I’ve ever worked with. Marcos & Carlos do an outstanding job maintaining the property. They keep the property top-notch. I cannot compare Watermark to any other place. I love the amenities, especially the gym and pool. If you have a dog, they’ll love the two dog parks! Definitely considering extending my lease!

Hands down, Best apartment and Management staff! Management & Maintenance go above and beyond for all the residents here! Love them. Couldn't ask for a better setup until we buy again.. Amenities are fabulous as well. Pool, Gas Grills around whole complex, Beyond Dog friendly around here(two dog parks on site), clean up stations everywhere and a dog spa, gym and community room w/pool tables and lounge area! Strongly Recommend to any family or person looking for short or long term lease.

We've lived here almost a year, and have truly enjoyed this community. The office staff is extremely professional and very friendly. The maintenance staff is top-notch. We love the amenities, especially the fitness center which is accessible to residents 24/7. And the pool! Oh my gosh- so amazing. If you have pets (especially dogs) this is the place to be! Two great dog parks (one for big, one for small), and a nice walking path with a pond. We are very glad we moved here!
