Today I spoke with Joe at Martin Auto Service and explained my situation about my car. Joe was very thorough and informed me of all the steps he would take to resolve my issue. I brought my car to the shop and left it with them. Shortly after, he contacted me saying that my car was covered under warranty and could avoid paying out pocket. When I heard him say that, I knew this place was the real deal. That in my opinion shows the level of professionalism and devotion to help the customer. Just for that alone, they have earned my business. I’m very grateful to have found an auto service shop that I can trust. I will be looking forward to doing maintenance on my car here and anything further if the time arises. Thank you guys for what you do, keep it up.

Always responsive to questions and spends time to explain the issue rather than just throw a number for the cost of the repairs. Showed up one morning needing a tire repair and of course the nail was right on the edge of the tread. Fortunately for me I had an extra tire so unfortunately for them no tire sale. But they quickly mounted the tire and expertly balanced it and made some repairs to the wheel. This is a very clean, well run, professional shop! I will definitely be back for real repairs.
