Great customer service! With limited time, I called in advance to relay what I was looking for in a seat or loveseat for my elderly mom (height, electronic buttons, color, etc). Within minutes I received a call back, checked the items suggested online, and upon arriving at the store, was able to quickly select one of the chosen shared.

I purchased a sectional from there today and the salesman Don was awesome! He greeted me as I came through the door and asked right away what I was shopping for. He was very helpful, he didn’t hover over me while I walked around the store which was really nice! At the end of the transaction, he even threw in some freebies! I’ll be choosing him in the future for my next purchase!!

We only buy at Levin. Today, Amy was extremely helpful finding a sofa, chair, and fabrics we both liked! She made it a very enjoyable experience. The price was right, too!
