Amazing customer service. Stan the man was kind, extremely knowledgeable and never pressuring. He helped us make our purchase and explained the process, warranty and information to us clearly and completely. We will definitely return and ask for Stan again.

It was a good experience from purchasing pieces in the store to delivery! Everybody was knowledgeable and respectful! Delivery staff was very efficient and made sure to remove any and all packing material. Delivery was to be on 12/31 but I received a call that my furniture arrived early and therefore I could reschedule delivery for a sooner date! We were not disappointed in any part of the process! We will be sure to purchase from Value City in the future!

If you’re going to shop at value city, please ask for Stan. He was a most excellent host and able to get us a great deal on our beautiful leather couch. Kristen checked us out and I I was through with the paperwork in literally five minutes. I definitely suggest shopping here, the prices were amazing.
