Mike Hickman gave my husband and I an amazing shopping experience at MathisBrothers! Not only did he listen to our needs but also provided excellent customer service. He educated us in the different materials available. The living room sectional we chose is phenomenal! We have a big family and we are looking forward to enjoying many movie nights in our new sectional. Thank you Mike!

Salesperson Derek listened to is, to what we wanted to look at and he never pressured us. He would check back every few minutes but he did NOT hover over us, which can be very rude. He also enlisted Erick's help when it came to selecting the proper mattress for our needs. We were very happy with the service and would highly both of these gentlemen to anyone going to the Ontario store. They were awesome.

Today is our second visit to this shop, we have been here once yesterday, but we are not sure about the room size. James “bond “ Hicks works for us, we all like him very much, he is very experienced, and more importantly he is very patient. It was a very enjoyable shopping experience and I would strongly recommend him to my friends. And I will come back to buy something again.
