I checked around with 3 other companies and this one checked all the boxes. They came out quickly to quote. Didn't make me sit through a 30 minutes sales pitch. Sent quote within minutes. Booked installation within 24 hours. They were all friendly and professional. Gave me $$$ off via internal promotions and upgraded from 2" to 3" door while still being cheaper than anyone else. Weather stripping was added to the outside of garage. Their website was thorough and had brochures to look at. The new door and opener work great and is super quiet! Still need to upload App for phone access and to see how the camera works, but door still works with remotes until then. I highly recommend!

These guys installed our door some time ago, but I had an issue with the door traveler jamming against the back bolt, which can happen over time apparently. Shaun Clark diagnosed the problem and talked me through fixing it myself over three phone calls. Zero dollars, though he says I owe him a beer. These guys are awesome. Don't work with anyone else.

Called yesterday to inquire about services and also stopped by today to order a part and schedule a service. Every staff member I spoke to was incredibly helpful, kind, and transparent about pricing. I will definitely be back for any future garage door needs.

Reliable company with knowledgeable and experienced technicians. Came on time and repaired our large overhead garage door. Look no further than Ann Arbor Door Systems.
