Kendall Design and Build was awarded the business of redesigning and remodeling our master bathroom, updating our hall bath, and installing new countertops in our kitchen. From the initial conversations with Terri, to the design workshops with the architect Karen and designers Emily and Julia, we were able to quickly lay out an enticing and exciting vision for our spaces. When we moved into the construction phase, Hannah and Mary were excellent with helping keep invoicing clear (and answer/resolve all billing concerns) and Shay was our right hand gal with project management. Anything we needed, Shay was on it quickly and professionally. We appreciated the weekly updates about which trades (and when) would be there that week, which kept us feeling informed and cared about. It's been a few months now since the dust settled and we can confidently say the build quality has been great and everything still looks brand new. Sometimes it feels like home construction is fraught with so much risk -- you just don't know whether the companies you hire will do good work with good materials and make good choices, while also looking out for your best interests. We can say confidently that Kendall does that and more. Thanks again to the Kendall team for a job well done!

This was my second remodel with Kendall Design Build- a full remodel of our kitchen. The team at Kendall listened to all of our needs and interests and the design team worked diligently to make sure that every detail was addressed and that it was the beautiful space we were waiting for. Their trades were on time, professional and are true craftsman. Their project manager, Shay was communicative and kept us aware of everything that was happening. We received weekly updates, regular walk through and the project finished ahead of schedule and on budget. We couldn’t be happier with the end product or the team we chose and can’t recommend more highly.

We worked with Kendall Design + Build for a complete renovation of our basement. The project was over 1400 sqft., with a bar/kitchen, full bath, electric fireplace and tiled surround, game-room and movie area. We are beyond thrilled. Our designer, Emily, made our wishes come to life. Her taste was perfect and she helped us narrow down options, to make our choices easy and the outcome is everything that we hoped for. Their crew was great, and really paid attention to detail. We are so pleased and love our new space.
