Current Electrical is THE business to use if you have an older home that needs electrician attention. Tim from Current came out to inspect, was not discouraged at all by the 6 or 7 panels in our 1930s home, put together an estimate, gave advice on working with DTE for service upgrade, and the man answered every text and call. The electricians are very professional, communicative, and helpful. Al and Anthony especially knocked our socks off as they got work done and explained what was happening every step of the way. Not only do I now have grounded outlets and a brand new breaker panel, I feel safe in my home thanks to Current. Well done, gents!

We used current electrical to put our microwave on a different fuse and install 4 can lights. The owner was very prompt in communication. The prices were fair and expectations clearly laid out on initial consultation. The technicians were timely, thorough, and efficient. We would definitely use them again

I stumbled upon Current Electric while searching for a transformer switch for my generator. Then I had 4 plugs that were not working due to me blowing a GFI that I couldn't find. What a laugh that was on my part. I thank Tim ( the owner) and his crew, they are fantastic. They get the job done and they are all most definitely very customer friendly. Great Job Current Electric. Vedder is the only electrician I’ll use in the area. Everyone I’ve dealt with at the company has been conscientious, professional, and performs work of the highest quality. We’ve had Vedder techs out for two separate service calls, both very involved - one to install a grounding box in the house and another to redo our two prong outlets and install new light fixtures. Both times, the techs were amazing - not only did they do quality work, but they cleaned up all the mess afterwards. And they’re just nice people, easy to work with, they explain things patiently and help you make the right decisions for your home and budget. We’ll always call Vedder first.

My family uses Vedder anytime we need anything electric related done. They are always professional, effective, efficient (They make recommendations to try to save me money), kind, and make me feel safe even if I'm home alone. They are also careful with keeping doors closed when there are pets. Lou is always kind on the phone too! 100% recommend.

Jon and his team at JD Electric embody the gold standard of customer satisfaction; I have engaged JD Electric multiple times for residential electrical projects. The service technicians have always been on-time and extremely professional. Jon even went so far as to provide text-message consultation after-hours for a new project I was working on. For any electrical project, I wouldn't trust anyone else but Jon and his team.

Great job switching out 10 old light fixtures (including 3 undercabinet lights) in my house; upgraded to LED lights.
