I recently had a furnace and air conditioning unit installed by Haley Mechanical, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience, thanks to Mark McDermott and his team. Mark was incredibly friendly, prompt, and professional from start to finish. He and his crew worked efficiently, ensuring the installation went smoothly and on schedule. What really stood out to me was Mark’s attention to detail and his patience in explaining how the new unit works. He took the time to walk me through every aspect of the system, answering all my questions without hesitation—no matter how small or technical. It was clear he wanted me to feel comfortable and fully informed. I truly appreciated his thoroughness and professionalism, and I would highly recommend Mark and the team at Haley Mechanical for anyone in need of HVAC services.

Nathan was prompt and updated me with expected arrival at my house. Very friendly, polite to both myself and my dog. Advised me how long service would take and costs. Updated me on future needs and provided estimates on costs associated. Left the area clean, tidy and was a pleasure to have him in my house, I didn’t have to worry what was he doing. I will be requesting him for any future Heating/ AC repairs needed.

On install day, Kyle and his crew showed up right on time. They were friendly, respectful, and extremely clean, taking extra care to keep my home tidy throughout the job. Kyle clearly knew his stuff and led the install with professionalism and attention to detail. His team worked efficiently and made sure everything was running perfectly before wrapping up. They even took time to walk me through the new system and answer all my questions. If you’re looking for a reliable, trustworthy company for HVAC work, I highly recommend Robin Aire. Your technician Yazan was extremely knowledgeable and discovered the issue straight away. Having a background in the trades, I knew that he was completely honest with everything and he offered me discounted protection for my heating and cooling system. The response time was outstanding and the service was even better. I highly recommend Lakeside to anyone who would ask.

Rick and Skyler were amazing! They tackled a long job of removing our old boiler unit, installing ductwork throughout the entire house, and installing a furnace and AC. They were so informative along the way and kept us updated with their progress! John was also wonderful! He took the time to really explain all of our options and made sure we were comfortable with our decision. The entire team was prompt and communicative throughout the entire project! We are very pleased and happy with the end result!

Joel and Alex were great! We had a dual furnace/ac unit that seems be out of the norm but they handled it like champs! They were on time and even worked through the rain. Very friendly and explained everything perfectly about functionality. Our dog thought they were pretty cool too. Great job guys!
