CUBESMART SELF STORAGE REVIEWS

We had an excellent experience booking a 5’x10’ storage unit with Jessica for our son who needed to store his stuff for the summer. We had to take a non-climate-controlled unit so if you want air conditioning, reserve early. Everything went smoothly from the beginning! It’s easy to get in and out as needed. Jessica is professional, experienced, kind & helpful—a pleasure to do business with! The location is well-maintained.

This place was recommended by a neighbor whose clients have used it. I reserved a unit and went in to take care of papers the following Monday (yesterday). Jess helped me and was super awesome. I couldn’t figure out the door, but Jess came in a golf cart and showed me how to open it. I’m very grateful. The unit is big and easy to access.

Ms. Jessica was so kind and helpful during my contract process and after I moved in! She called me to ask if I had any questions and quickly refunded me for a lock! She is so easy to reach and I look forward to renting with CubeSmart in the future!.

Brian was very friendly and helpful in showing me the options that best suit my storage needs. I think it was very helpful to go in person and decide what works best for me! My family is happy about the pricing and the cleanliness of the facility! Next to Jets Pizza when you are starving after dropping your stuff!!.

Fantastic service, could not have asked for better. I stopped by without an appointment and was helped by a very courteous person. He was already busy with another customer but still managed to find me what I needed and fit me in. Super friendly, knows his stuff. I don’t get his name- but I will definitely return!.

It's secure and has easy access to your storage unit. Not to mention there is someone cleaning the grounds most times I'm there!!!.

PUBLIC STORAGE REVIEWS

Super convenient to store a bunch of stuff. I was moving from New Mexico to Ann Arbor, did not had my apartment ready before moving, and had to stay in a hotel for the first two weeks. I stored my baggage in this Public Storage. Super easy to set up your account. I rented the smallest one for one month. Had no problem closing the account after 20 days. Read their pricing policy carefully, that might be confusing for some.

Rachel was very kind and helpful. Explained everything clearly and answered all my questions well. Seemed like she was very busy but attended to everyone with excellence. She was already juggling two clients when I came in and another client came in right after me since so many students are moving out last minute right now.

Charles was great! Super helpful. He was walking the property and made sure to say hello to my son and I, then he came back to answer some questions that I had. The unit is very clean. I will definitely recommend this Public Storage to friends and family.
