I called to make an appointment, got an immediate response and a prompt appointment. Then I had a conflict and had to reschedule. They were prompt, polite and professional as far as my reschedule as well. The installer, Mario, showed up right at the beginning of my install window. He rebuilt my entire door and installed a new opened in about 2 hours, earlier than the end of the expected installation window. He was also polite, professional, competent and quick. Highly recommend!.

Was very pleased with the service and the advice. I do appreciate when we are told about a problem and what we can do with it and the solution is simple. I’ve used Precision several times before and they’ve always been great.

Logan did a great job of letting me know what needed attention on my garage door. It sounds so much better and the service was great!.
