Whatever they use is safe for pets. They always let us know when they will be out. If there is a need for them to come out besides their schedule, they respond right away. Their customer service is excellent and very friendly. They want to keep their customers so they keep their prices affordable. They offer many payment options. I remember fighting ants when we first moved here. It was an endless battle that costs a lot of money. I never see ants and I hardly ever see any cockroaches. They are usually dead when I do see them. This service is well worth having.
