Hiring CertaPro for my home exterior painting project turned out to be a great decision. A few communication issues at the beginning but they rectified the concern right away. The final result is amazing! I have been getting so many compliments from neighbors and others...hope CertaPro got more leads from my project. Painters Angel and Arturo are very professional, punctual and kept me informed when arriving/departing and their progress for the day...I really liked that...that reflects the customer service I'm used too but is hard to find nowadays. Jeff the sales representative was also very professional when we met. Overall I'm very satisfied with the results, the quality of the paint/supplies, and the proper tools the painters needed to do the job right with safety in mind. They are respectful of your items, made no mess, the lines between wall, ceiling, trim, and doors are neat, holes were patched, two coats of paint and wow what a difference the whole project made! We knew a paint job would be a nice to have, but it really made a larger difference than expected. If you're not sure what sheen of paint to use, personally satin walls, trim, and door turned out amazing, with a flat white ceiling. We didn't know our trim and doors could look so well! We thought it's simply because they aren't expensive doors, but Luis and his team made such a large difference, we could go on and on. All in all, we highly recommend them.

Luis and his crew are some of the most professional people I've dealt with working on my house. I have two young kids that provided plenty of distraction through my exterior paint project, they calmly charged ahead and did a perfect job.
