I had an excellent experience at Smart Self-Storage of Eastlake. thanks to Denise Alarcon, the Assistant Manager. She was incredibly accommodating, going above and beyond to meet my needs with a friendly and professional attitude. Denise Alarcon made the entire process smooth and stress-free, and her warm demeanor truly sets her apart. Highly recommend.

The sign up process was easy and the facilities were clean and prices were more than affordable. Value for money. Denise Alarcon was so knowledgeable and able to answer all questions. I can see us using them for a long time. Thank you team Self storage.

Sarah was amazing!!! Very nice and very helpful! Showed us the unit and told us upfront about important information.

Exceptional customer service. Someone is always here to help you or answer any questions. Extremely clean. Very secure and safe. Access hours to be a little better. But once you work your schedule around that excellent Play store tools ,inventory ,valuables. Keep up the good work

David is a 6 out of 5 stars was very accomodating & has very pleasing personaty took care of our need for a parking spot rental. Even tho we moved our appt an hour later with their call ctr agent, David was still there at d ofc wen we arrived even tho he didn't receive d new time appt info from their call ctr.

Raul and Rob are fantastic guys. They helped me figure out a new unit on the spot and cleared my previous rental. 10/10 will recommend to others.

I have been renting a unit for many years. The staff has always been kind and accommodating. This past year I had to let go of my unit. Gary, the new manager, was awesome with assisting with this process. He helped me tremendously by helping me recover photos that I would have lost forever. Memories are hard to replace and he helped me to recover them all. He went above and beyond what I had expected. Caring, kind, and selfless people like him are few and far between. He was a lifesaver for me in time when it seemed so difficult. I am so grateful for everything he did to help me out during the moving process. Thank you so much, Gary!!!

I’m impressed with the customer service here. Very friendly and plenty of light in the units. They have access to haul trucks on site. After a long day of searching this is a great spot.

Manager Gary is on point and is very knowledgeable. He was very professional and explained everything that we needed to know. All around a great guy.
