How great it was that Eli came promptly and was so professional!! His work is wonderful and I would highly recommend his company to anyone in need of garage repairs. My garage hasn’t been serviced in over 20 , when I moved in, and he has a huge challenge to repair/replace.

I reached out to Eli the owner and he was very understanding of my needs to get both my garage doors fixed. He was there in a couple hours. His pricing was very reasonable. I highly recommend Dependable Garage Door Services! They have a customer for life.

So happy with the service. I was told I needed to replace my doors by another company but this company made a very reasonably priced repair instead. Looks great and saved me money.

Overall this was a great experience. Came home yesterday to our garage door not working. Noticed the spring was broken and called Precision today. Someone was out with 2 hours and three hours from there I had both garage doors done. It was pricier than I had imagined but the technician was fabulous and the overall experience and customer service was top notch. The technician was extremely knowledgable and walked me through the issues. He wasn’t trying to sell me on the second door but after seeing everything he had done to the first (more than just the spring) I went ahead and requested the second door to be fixed. Don’t hesitate when looking for a reputable garage door repair company, call Precision.

Best garage door company hands down. The technician, Carlos, was fabulous. He walked us thru what he would be doing. Did what he said he would do, presented his findings and proceeded to make my garage door operate like new again (actually better than new).
