3 Best Home Inspections in Providence, RI

We were highly impressed with Frank's inspection of a property we were looking into purchasing. We showed up to the inspection five minutes early and Frank was already there, up on a ladder, inspecting the gutters. We spent over two hours with him as he thoroughly went through every detail throughout the house. He was quick to point out both positive and negative aspects, explain how certain components work, and even offer suggestions for how some findings could be fixed or replaced. We had his very detailed report in hand the very next morning, and were able to use the digital version of his report to pull out important items that we could go back to the seller with. We were very impressed by Frank, and would absolutely use him again - highly recommended!

Hearthstone is EXCELLENT. We worked with Brian on a home inspection prior to buying a house and he and his associate were thorough, informative, and beyond patient. He gave us an honest evaluation and took the time to answer any questions we had, as well as highlighting key points from the inspection. The report provided after was detailed, easy to read (with both explanation and pictures to demonstrate) and covered every part of the house imaginable. We are very happy with CMS Inspection and Sam, definitely would recommend him and will use him again in the future if needed. Sam was very thorough and detail oriented during our home inspection. He answered many questions that we had as new homeowners in regards to septic/well water management. He took his time with the inspection to ensure everything was check out appropriately even when he was being pressured to end home inspection by realtor on sellers side. Sam was very honest and knowledgeable, you can tell he is passionate about his work. Even after closing, we had questions in regards to well water filter change and Sam did not hesitate to help us out.

Sam did a thorough job of inspecting the home. He explained everything clearly and the report was incredibly easy to read and understand afterwards. I would definitely recommend Sam to anyone looking for a home inspection.

Inspector gave a great price, was flexible with scheduling, didn't leave a stone unturned during the inspection, and quickly sent the report. He also went over and beyond the call of duty by answering any questions me and my contractor had even after collecting the payment. His responses were quick. He kept me updated regarding all developments and test results, so I never had to wonder.

Richard was very thorough, answered all my questions, and explained everything. I would use again and recommend to anyone buying a home. A true professional, was on time, checked everything, and taught me so much about my new Home.
