From the start, I started to see professionalism and it put me at ease. Prep Smart took care of me from the get go with scheduling an appointment to review my projects and quoted me a very fair price. Rafael thoroughly explained everything that was going to be done and confidently said I would be pleased. He was right. They use only Sherwin Williams which is a good quality paint. Sent them the color and sheen I was looking for. I liked that they sent reminders, called just prior to arrival and arrived on time. The painters treated me kindly and reviewed the project with me and while I had been recovering from oral surgery, they showed some compassion and even suggested that I rest as they knew what needed to be done. Jefferson was one of the gentleman I met. They completed the job in just one day! My furniture was returned to its place, they left no drips or any mess for that matter. I couldn’t be happier. Cannot wait for my kids to see what I did for my visiting grandchildren’s room/office. Bathroom was refreshed and with Spring sunshine coming thru, it looks even better!

I often saw their truck around town early in the morning, which gave me a good first impression of how hardworking they are. The paint on the exterior of my garage and the side of the house was peeling badly, so I reached out for quotes from two painting companies. Christian’s crew did a fantastic job on our exterior trim, soffits and foundation walls and windows. The work was completed on time and our yard was clean and today when they were finished. What impressed me most was that when I interviewed Christian for the job he noticed things that I wanted to talk about even before I brought them up. It really felt like we were a team trying to make my house look good. And it does look good. I would hire RM again in a flash.
