Repair of tops of two double garage doors that were significantly buckled to doors being locked down and attempted to raise. The gentleman who performed the repair was an expert in every way. He braced the tops of the doors, making them extra strong and appearing like new. I was very impressed and very grateful for his exceptional expertise regarding this job. No pressure estimate process, Mr Darling was knowledgeable and kind. They offered multiple options of the basic styles and the more modern. I was surprised to discover the more modern styles were also very affordable. The prices were very affordable, I was expecting much worse as my new driver tried to take the house with them and caused a lot of damage. They came out and adjusted the garage door so it could close while we wait for the new door. Highly recommended.

Called precision on an urgent basis. Our garage door has had many problems for several years & another company never seemed to get it completely fixed. This time there was no getting the door open at all & the only spring was busted. Justin came out that day & discovered several problems that the other company ignored/left. He removed the broken spring, installed not 1 but 2 springs that the door should have had all along, replaced several bearings that were leaving metal shavings, replaced all the wire/coils that were ruined, re-aligned the door & got it all working again. His honesty about what all was actually wrong was greatly appreciated & him fixing everything the proper way with proper parts was such a relief!!!! Thank you again Justin!!!! I just got my insulated garage door installed today 3-21-25. Elivis is the one that installed it. Mitchell got the ball rolling for me very nice guy, he listened to me and got exactly what I was wanting. I got everything new that was connected to the door, down to the garage door opener. Elvis did a fantastic job. As he went along he explained and showed me how things worked. He even made a couple things better stronger in the installation than the old he took out. He cleaned as he went along. He answered my questions as he worked. Very professional and courteous. The door looks great and very quiet. I am very happy with everything. Thumbs up to everyone!!
