I recently had a radon mitigation system installed. The vent runs through the roof of my home. Before the system went in I called multiple roofing companies in town who said they would call me back; then I never heard back from any of them. I needed to make sure the new vent had a boot/weather protection ASAP. When I called optimum and explained to them what was going on and that I wanted to coordinate the roof repair quickly after the vent went in they were on top of it. They had me an estimate for the repairwith-in a couple days and they showed up promptly the next day after the radon system was installed to do the repair. Great service and good quality work.
