I've had this strage for nearly a year ive had lost my key the property manager helped me get set with a new lock and they even have a service so if you need the old lock cut off its vary cheep fee, when I had ran in to troubles paying my bill they had amazing communication and diffrent options to try and help me keep my personal things secure. Thank you Brandi for all your help you truly are an amazing person I highly recommend this facility it was always clean and never saw any creepy crawlers they even have dollys for free to use to assist moving larger items i am in complete aww and greatful for this facility.

Brandi was absolutely amazing. I rented a climate controlled unit. I wanted to do a smaller unit but when we got to the stairs, my vertigo hit me so the larger unit it was. HAHA Anyway, she was concerned and empathetic as I came back to earth understanding what had just happened. I am looking forward to storing things in a very clean and controlled environment. Thank you Brandi.

Meant to leave this days ago. Brandi was absolutely amazing and quick with the help I got in office. I no longer needed my storage unit and she helped make getting it taken care of feel effortlessly.

I will not only continue to rent storage units from them but also highly recommend. They are awesome here! They are also very understanding and willing to work with you, as long as your upfront and honest about whatever situation you maybe be stuck in. Also when u make arrangements with them about paying follow through with what you say your gonna do. So if you do get stuck in a bind they know your word means something. I have multiple units with them and have never had a problem. Customer service is top notch here!.

The owners and staff are great people to work with. Explain everything so it is clear. When the gate went down, they were able to get us access and fixed it quickly. One of the Best storage facilities I have had the pleasure of working with. And it has been a pleasure. Affordable. Good gate hours. Clean facility. Pleasant, friendly Staff. Thank you.

I was lucky they only had 2 units left by the time I arrived only one! I'm very satisfied with the price and size of my unit. The location is very convenient secure an well lit all things I liked! Rats do come out so plan to put something around for that.

I have had storage units at this facility for years, with no complaints. Rates are far more reasonable than anywhere else in Pueblo. John and Denise are wonderful managers, and have NEVER failed to address any concerns I may have. They have always been so helpful and kind over the years, and have become more like family than anything else. The facility is very secure, always clean, and while rate increases are inevitable, they are neither frequent nor are they unreasonable. I cannot imagine storing my things anywhere else. With Osprey Storage, I can rest easy and without worry! If you need storage, long or short term, I highly recommend that you give them a call and find out for yourself. You will not be disappointed!.

Denise and John Lopez are absolutely spectacular people. They make sure everything in the storage unit was clean and ready for the Geanetta's. I love working with them. Due to they know what they are doing and it shows so very much, thank you so very much again, Don and Sandy Geanetta.

Great, affordable, and clean unit. Was able to safely keep our belongings stored for half the price of most other units. Also the couple who owns the units are very friendly and helpful.
