R BUCK HEATING, COOLING, PLUMBING & ELECTRICAL REVIEWS

Ben just left the house, his work with replacing our hot water heater was phenomenal. Outstanding plumber with a great approach to all the problems that came across his path today with our job. R Buck stuck to the estimate that they gave us, sticking to their flat rate pricing, even once they realized they missed something on the initial assessment. They kept their word and didn’t put the hassle back on the customer! Would recommend this company to friends and family.

Jack Wolfe, R Buck Heating Technician, performed our annual inspection and furnace check. He was thorough and confident in his work, answering all my questions and explaining what he did for the inspection. He also has a very engaging personality that goes beyond just his work and we could tell he really cares about the homeowner. Thank you Jack! We've only had furnace/heating issues with R Buck, but we would definitely call them if we needed their other services.

Hollis is the best!!! He took care of our poorly installed toilet, even though he had to smash it to get it out. He replaced it and cleaned everything up wonderfully. Hollis is very friendly, as well as extremely professional. Definitely recommend R Buck plumbing if you have need of a plumber, and ask for Hollis, I know I will.

FLOW RIGHT PLUMBING, HEATING, COOLING AND ELECTRIC REVIEWS

We just had our swamp cooler winterized by Harrison and our sprinklers winterized by Cedric. They did a great job and were professional, quick and efficient. Took the time to explain everything they were doing in detail (it's out first time living in snow), so definitely appreciated that. We will definitely be using this company again in the future.

My tech, David Kittle, did a fantastic job in looking at the problem and waiting the price. He was upfront that the particular part was expensive and found the best cost effective option. The work was quick, clean and very timely. I would recommend Flow Right and would ask for David again.

Codi S came and did a safety check on my boiler. He was thorough and explained everything to me, tested my system and made sure its good to go for the upcoming cold season. very happy and will be calling them back for future service.

10 out of 10. Very knowledgeable, no bs, Straight shooter, fair prices, down to earth, good people. Called got us in next day for free estimate and next day install. Amazing. Just moved here a few months ago so i know no one, would definitely recommend them to anyone, very glad we went with them. Locally owned, family run, just cant give enough praise. We had a heck of a job too, had to work in a crawl space, bust out some concrete, i mean just worked their butts off. Seriously call no one else but these folks. Seriously impressed!!

This was just for furnace check up. Service was prompt, Jorge was on time and went to work. Both furnaces were checked out and cleaned. One part needed replacement and will be done this week. We also got an estimate for some other work to be done. Prices are reasonable and he didn't try to up sell us anything. Would recommend Clarks Mechanical for hvac work you might need done.

First of all , I would like to say the crew that came out to my house, for a duct cleaning and furnace install, were the nicest group of people that I've ever had the pleasure to have working in my house. On top of that their professionalism and knowledge was nothing less than exceptional! If I was allowed to give more than 5 stars, I would! We are first time customers, but now lifelong customers!
