Service was excellent on all fronts. Jessica handled the booking of the appointment and I was impressed and pleased with her customer service (it was obvious they were extremely busy at the time). The technician, whom i believe was Michael, was on time, thorough and professional. I will definitely continue to use their services and am pleased to recommend them.

Great experience with G&G Garage Door Co. I called them yesterday evening when our garage door opener failed.They set up an appointment promptly for this morning and Jrue showed up on time, diagnosed the problem with our old opener and installed a new opener quickly and efficiently. He was pleasant and personable and thorough in explaining all the information we needed. I highly recommend G&G, and Jrue in particular.

Bryant and Legend were on time, provided professional service in a timely manner. Customer attitude was exceptional. These two young men are an asset to your company l. I sm extremely satisfied.

My tech Anthony was a grade A tech. He was very patient with me and addressed all my questions and concerns. He diagnosed my garage door problems with ease. He told me that my mother board in the motor was fried, my drive spindle was chewed up, and that the cables to assist my garage opening were not working because the springs are broken. Pretty much everything but the door needed to go. He explained all the work and parts he would be using to me as well. And he took extreme care to not ruin my property. I would definitely recommend Anthony for any job.

Service techs, Eddie & Kyle, were punctual and were courteous and respectful while on site. They assessed and performed the job professionally after providing the estimate and getting my approval. When I asked if they gave a discount for military vets they said yes. When Eddie applied the discount in re-calculating the initial estimate he asked if I was also a AAA member because the AAA discount of 10% was higher than the veterans' discount. I appreciated that gesture and got the AAA discount. So, overall, they did very well and I'd call Precision again if needed and would also recommend them to my neighbors.

Alexander was amazing!! He was so knowledgable and professional!! He explained everything and I will highly recommend him and this company to everyone I know.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Do not look any further for a company to help you either put in a new garage door or fix an existing one. We used ABC garage door at our previous house several years ago and then had an issue at our current home. I called James and he quickly diagnosed the problem. He bought the item that needed to replaced and came back in to install it and service the garage doors. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable and I could tell right away, his experience was unmatched. I had several questions and he took the time to answer all of my questions. James was honest and fair and his time and service is a great value. I hope not to need his services again, but I will definitely call James if I need someone.

Called ABC Garage Door at 1:30 pm today ( 2-17-25 ) and spoke with James re: wanted to replace 20 year old springs. I thought it was about time I replaced them. James said he could be at my house at 5:30 pm. His crew replaced my springs and bears at a reasonable price. They finished the job in about 45 minutes...No problems...

They are GREAT! We replaced our garage door 6 years ago with them and they did a great job. Last night one of the spring was broken due to the life time and James came first in this morning and fixed it right away! I really appreciate his quick response and honesty!! Highly recommend.
