I brought my Tesla Model Y to Madrona Car Wash for the first time, and I have to say—I’m beyond impressed! My car was filthy inside and out. Between the dust, road grime, and my dog constantly making a mess of my white seats, I wasn’t sure how clean they’d be able to get it. But wow… they absolutely delivered! My Tesla came out looking brand new—the exterior was spotless, and somehow, they managed to restore my white seats to perfection. No streaks, no leftover smudges, just crisp, clean upholstery. Even the smallest details, like the door panels and center console, were wiped down perfectly. The staff was friendly, fast, and thorough, and the whole process was seamless. I was in and out in no time, and the quality of work far exceeded my expectations. If you’re a Tesla owner (or just picky about your car like I am), this is the place to go. Definitely coming back! Highly recommend.

Take your car here if you have a rooftop tent. It’s hard to find places that do hand washes with accessories attached. I opted for the Express Detail and I was not disappointed. All staff and operators were professional and on time.

First stop after buying my first new car was to Doug and his team over at Concours. Doug is knowledgeable and made a recommendation to install ppf for the front and rockers of my supra. His team finished it off with a ceramic coat and I couldn't be more pleased. I'll be back for washes and maintenance. Quality work and overall a great experience.

Great team here! Super friendly and the guys are very experienced with the product/process, a pleasure to work with. I had my old BMW ceramic coated here and they covered all basis, car came out great. Would highly recommend.

Ramiro and his crew did amazing detailing and ceramic coating work for a new car! Really improved the sheen, color, and overal aesthetic of the car, and super pleased with the outcome. I shopped around prior, and the pricing at Immaculate Auto Detail was very fair compared to the other local options - furthermore, Ramiro took the time to explain all the options and information to me in a friendly and patient manner. Upon picking up the car, the attention to detail was impressive, and extra time was taken (at no cost) to polish and remove a few scuffs and scratches on the body before applying the ceramic coating. Highly recommended, and will definitely be back for all of my detailing needs from now on.

I highly recommend getting your car cleaned here. I had 6 month old grease, dirt, and food stains in my seats that I thought were never going to come out, but these guys proved me wrong! My car looked brand new again and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the outcome! If you’re having your car shipped overseas at the VPC, definitely take it here before you drop it off. Even the inspectors at the VPC were impressed. Plus it’s only 15 minutes away. For all the work they did in the amount of time it took them, the price was low and well worth it. The guy who worked on my car said he had 35+ years of experience and it shows! I would definitely come here again if I ever needed another serious clean for my car.

The owner is very friendly and will talk with you to get what you want for a very nice price! I got an interior detail done and everything from my dashboard to the cupholders and even my headliner that had dirt stains were clean. I would come back if I ever need to.
