I’m so glad the other pest company I called ghosted me—because it led me here! I was heading out of town in just a couple of days and needed my rental treated quickly after my tenants started complaining about ants. They were able to fit me in the same day, walk the unit, provide a quote, and complete the treatment all in one visit. George was fantastic, and Karisa, who I spoke with on the phone, was professional and friendly. Couldn’t have asked for better service!.

I’ve just begun a service with Good Pest Management. My technician Sam showed up on time, introduced himself and his coworker, Giovanni before they began. He reiterated exactly what they would be doing to confirm my expectations and made sure that that I was completely satisfied before he left. They both were very polite and professional.

We found rat droppings in our outdoor water heater closet and called this company again since they’d done great work on other pest issues. They responded quickly, set up traps, and Jorge was especially thorough with explaining the plan — thoughtful and careful in sealing up the holes the rats were likely using.
