We've had extensive work done on our home, and Cloud Comfort HVAC has consistently been the best to work with. Over the past two years, they've installed a new A/C, added insulation, and performed system maintenance multiple times. Each visit exceeds my expectations, with thoughtful touches like thorough cleaning and sharing photos of their work. They ensure everything is in perfect order, leaving no questions about their service. The care and dedication from every team member have made us lifelong customers, and we recommend them whenever possible. We just wish other companies showed the same attention to detail, as great work is always hard to find.

Both Anthony and Erwin were so incredibly professional, thorough, and informative about everything being done and everything that was necessary. I really appreciated them keeping our home clean throughout their inspections. We have a repair coming up so I’ll update my review after, but so far, really great service!

Erwin was great. Our house is chaos, we have a toddler and a dog and he was very kind to our toddler and friendly towards our dog. He was efficient and explained everything that was going on with our system simply and quickly. I would definitely welcome Erwin and Cloud Comfort back for future maintenance on our HVAC system.

He diagnosed the issues quickly, explained the process clearly, and completed the installation with care. His expertise and friendly demeanor made the experience very positive. Jairo provided prompt, friendly and efficient service both times he came to repair our refrigerator (thermostat). We have also had great experiences with Carter technicians who fixed our washer and dryer in the past. So worth it to invest in old appliances vs buying new ones- they don’t make ‘em like they used to! We love Carter Services and our whole family has relied on them for decades.

Our tech Corey was top notch. He’s had to come back 4x to address a problem with dishwasher and every time he has been kind, informative, and professional. The process of booking and rebooking with Carter Services has been easy, clear and professional as well. They are very helpful and never apply sales pressure.
