Definitely recommend Cass for small odd jobs around the house that do not require license or permit. Not only she's responsive but also honest about what she can and cannot help with. We needed to replace the bathroom fan, a job too small for electricians we inquired. Cass first came to inspect and make sure it's in her scope of work and kindly helped to identify the model and size for the replacement free.

Cass is great. She is punctual, professional and very helpful when she does a repair job. I had some minor things in need of repair in an apartment and she took care of all of them in short order.
