Technician (Kent) came out to the job and repaired the garage door, we were up operating again within an hour. Unlike other companies, he did not try to immediately try to upsell, instead he said “let me look at it first before we go another direction”. Kent had been doing this work for 40 plus years, he was professional and courteous and we were ultimately very happy. Contra Costa Door originally installed our garage door and have serviced it twice now in the last 20 years. I highly recommend them…

Exceptional, friendly, responsive, very reasonable pricing. They do not try to sell you what you do not need. Technician was punctual and very professional. Did a wonderful job replacing springs. Office staff could not be any friendlier and helpful. Service and customer oriented.
