Called in with some troubleshooting issues from a previous repair. In less than an hour, Josh and Erik from R&S showed up in one of those nice big Red Chevys and were able to diagnose the issue. They not only solved and fixed it, they actually described before what the issue was, how they were going to fix it, and then right after, tested and serviced the rest of the overhead door. They were in and out within an hour and now our garage door is working better than it ever has. Not too many places nowadays care to communicate some of the smaller stuff which made me happy to see because I, like Josh and Erik, pay attention to the small details. Really appreciate the professionalism of them both. Hope to see them on the trails one day! Thx again.
