Mordi and the team did an excellent job! Easy to make an initial appointment. They showed up when they said they would, followed up, kept me informed, and even did some trouble shooting at no additional cost. We ended up having to replace the motor, but was happy to have them do it. I wish they offered other services just so I could experience this level of great service with other repair and maintenance items on my list for the house. Thank you to H&O. These guys are aces in my book! They changed the mechanism in our first door last year and we called them when the second door started to fail this month to put their magic touch on it. Both doors are working perfectly with their own individual remotes. Mordi is a professional and has the demeanor of a gentleman as well. You won't be sorry using his company!!!
