Dayle W. came out from Overhead Door to repair a broken spring and was wonderful. I had called on Saturday night, spoke to the on call technician (who was very nice) and decided I could wait until Monday. I was waiting until they opened on Monday at 7:30 to call and before I could call, a rep called me with the address and problem that the weekend technician had turned in to her. Dayle arrived by 8:15 and I was quickly on my way with my day and my car out of the garage. Dayle was confident, friendly and professional. I have counted on Overhead for years and have always been pleased with their knowledge & service.

I had called overhead door to get a gate opener repaired. They did not install nor do they sell this brand but they were very timely in getting me an appointment to get it looked at. Bill Combs called the morning of the appointment and advised he was on his way. Bill arrived and made quick work of finding the issue and making necessary adjustments. Great service and friendly. Will not hesitate to call for garage door or gate service in the future. Thanks for taking care of us.

Very pleased with recent assistance with broken door lift mount. Richard Toney (technician) sold me the appropriate repair parts and instructions to complete the repair myself. The assistance was appreciated and very professional.
