Garage door didn't close evenly. Called around, liked what I heard when we spoke so made appt. They said doors were improperly installed. Fixed both of them. They work like a charm and are so quiet. Very happy I chose them. Will never call anyone else. Best customer service ever and great technicians! I am a lifetime customer!
I just want to say how awesome Patrick was. Our garage door decided not to open this morning so we called after 4pm and Patrick was able to come over with in a few hours of calling and he was able to get our door working for a price we could afford. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service.
We received same day service as advertised. James was very pleasant and installed a new garage door opener in an hour. He also came back to adjust the slack in the chain upon request. Holly with customer service was very pleasant in taking my call for tech support.
