Precision is excellent-- great communication and service, and they solved our problem the same day. Our technician Romeo was outstanding and a total professional-- Romeo went out of his way to listen to us, diagnose multiple problems, explain them to us, and work to create solutions... we would 100% call Precision again.
Alexander, who is super nice, was on time, replaced our broken spring and did other things to make our garage door work more smoothly. I’m very pleased. I will definitely recommend Precision to anyone who needs their garage door fixed.
