He provides truly exceptional care, and I always feel listened to and well-informed during my appointments. He takes the time to explain things clearly and answer all my questions. Beyond Dr. Chang's expertise, his office staff deserves special recognition. They are absolutely exceptional! From the moment you walk in, everyone is incredibly welcoming, professional, and efficient. Dr Shepard gave me back my life. He genuinely caring and goes above and beyond. When i found him in April 2024 I was giving up.I had C Difficile actively positive for 18 months. The infection caused Chronic Inflamation and Lymphocytic Colotis along with a host of other things. There is not enough space here to describe all the pain, Vancomyacin and steroid side effects. or the number of specialists who told me my case was complicated. Dr. Shepard was the only Dr we saw who truly understood and is an expert in Fecal Microbial Transpants the best hope for me. The first FMT was able to knock down the infection, the 2nd knocked it out. For the first time in almost two years I tested negative! I can now with Dr. Shepards help focus on recovery. My husband says I have my glow back.

Dr Shepard is a great doctor and does his best for his patients. He is very present while speaking and listening to you. Gabby is awesome and the people in the office have always been a pleasure.

Dr Shepard is the best. I highly recommend him to anyone seeking Gastro help or routine checkups. He is excellent.

It’s rare to find a doctor who combines expertise with such warmth and kindness. If you’re looking for a GI specialist who truly puts patients first, Dr. Hanan is the one. Dr. Hanan is one of the most genuine and honest doctors I have. He is straightforward and doesn’t candy coat conversations. When he talks, you listen because you know he wants what is best for you because he genuinely cares. I highly recommend him. He found the root cause to my cough that I had for over three years, and kept digging until he found the answer. I love him. I wish every doctor I have was as compassionate as Dr. Hanan is. Thank you Dr. Hanan.

Staff very friendly and welcoming. Dr Hanan is very caring, knowledgable and takes his time coming up with a plan to fix any G.i issues you have. He listens to your concerns and wait time is minimum with plenty of parking.
