I just had my colonoscopy. Dr.Jeremy Holden, you are the best and you made the impossible prep possible because of your attitude. I highly recommend that anyone struggling with that procedure, use you as their doctor. You worked with me to find a solution that was manageable, changing 3 times what I was going to do. The best part, you were with me when we started and when I woke up. I am very grateful to you and your team....with exception to Sue the anesthetist.. She was nurse Ratched reincarnated. I hope never again to experience that part.

From Anastasia, the personable intake nurse who put me at ease, to Sharon my anesthesiologist who was cordial, focused and engaging, to Dr. Holden who was informative, supportive, and conveyed a trustworthy and confident demeanor, my colonoscopy was as pleasant and tolerable as one could ever expect. The doctor explained the procedure before hand efficiently and intelligibly, and visited me after the procedure to share what he noticed with me and when I could expect the biopsy results. This was my first experience with this medical group and from arrival to departure, things could not have gone better. In every aspect, this was what all out-patient exploratory procedures should strive to emulate.

Would like to have been more awake for the consult with the Doc. I witnessed that he did this with other patients just coming out of recovery and I don't remember him visiting me at all. Nursing Staff were great.
