Working with Dr. Mohandessi helped me get a correct diagnosis for my disorder and get me on track for a medication regimen that works well with my particular genetic makeup. It's made changing medications so much easier to deal with, and really improved my quality of life as we navigate my disorder and my trauma. Dr. M is kind, intelligent, thoughtful, and creative. He's an exceptional listener and provides quality support without any shroud of judgment. I cannot say enough nice things about this amazing provider who has certainly changed my life. He's helped me find myself in the midst of being lost in so many thoughts and feelings. I'm so grateful and continue to see him weekly because our sessions are still so beneficial to me. Highly recommend this provider! You'd be in the best of hands.

I've been seeing Dr. Mohandessi for almost two years now, and he's been a tremendous help in my journey - both for 'talk therapy' and medication management. As someone who has struggled with depression, Bipolar, and substance abuse, I rely heavily on my therapist/psychiatrist to help me track where I am in life and what adjustments I might need to make. Dr. Mohandessi is caring and insightful, and he's also not afraid to challenge me. I am grateful to him and recommend him, especially for anyone looking for that holy grail combination of a psychiatrist who can also do effective talk therapy.

Long story short...I had a unique situation and needed help. Dr Mohandessi was the first to even consider helping me after calls to 24 previous doctors! I have to say, my heart was crushed before I talked to him, now I feel a quite a bit better about things and if I ever need a psych again I would definitely not waste my time calling anyone else.
