Wow, just get ready to be blown away at the staggeringly large inventory! This is truly the place for fun, quirky gifts, and top-notch costumes. It spans three floors in a gorgeous vintage building. The staff is helpful and kind. The greeting card selection is the best there is (if you're looking for one that is funny or dorky). Set some time aside....as time flies within these captivating walls.

Tons of costumes ranging from the quality you'd find in seasonal sections of big box stores to clothing quality pieces that seem like they'd hold up for many, many uses and feel really comfortable. Do be aware, there are some apparel items with pictures that are not appropriate, which is why I'm guessing they do not allow anyone under 18 upstairs without an adult. I initially thought it was because the clothing is meant for adults and minors are more likely to cause damage and be disruptive without adult supervision.

Always a fun experience shopping here. They have so much that you're sure to find something unique.

GARDEN OF ENCHANTMENT REVIEWS

Absolutely phenomenal stock. They have a huge range of informational books, tarot, oracle, and incense. Tons of crystals and jewelry, and even a fair bit of statuary. If you're looking for Hellenic pieces, they have a bit less stock dedicated to that, but they have plenty to fill your altars. Their incense are some of the best. The customer service was fantastic as well! For sure my new go-to spot.

I love this place, its my favorite store. I buy all my tarot cards, books, incense, oils, accessories, and more from here. My card and book collection is precious me, I love going here to scour their shelves for something new. I can stay in here for hours lol I'll probably go in today, see if there's something new to blow my wad on lol.

This is one of my favorite places to visit in old Sac. Its a metaphysical store close to me. Most of them are quite a drive away. They more times than not have exactly what I'm looking for ranging from clothes, incense, books, jewelry, and more.

Such a great little gift store. Stopped in to pick up a couple of gifts for a friend visiting from out of town. Really really enjoy the atmosphere of this store. Plus they're super dog friendly, so they get my vote. Hugs!

This is my absolute favorite gift shop in Sacramento. Fun, local-themed gifts, amazing cards, and the sweetest most helpful staff. I come here for all of my cards - they literally have one for every occasion and usually leave with a few extra goodies that I find while I’m there. Candles, tea towels, candy, jewelry, gag gifts - they have it all! Thanks for adding such vibrance to our community, Strapping!
