MILGARD WINDOWS AND DOORS REVIEWS

Three Milgard workers arrived on time and took one hour to complete the job. They were courteous, extremely experienced and efficient. The picture window is three story high on a slope, big and heavy. It weathered over the past 16 years and became foggy. Now, it’s crystal clear. Excellent job done. The entire job is under life long warranty. No none sense in all the interactions with the company.

Millard came in to replace some windows in my home under warranty. I was so pleasantly surprised that all five men were amazing. All worked diligently to help each other take down and secure and replace very large windows in my home. All team members worked really well together they all took very good care while in my home. It was truly A very nice experience. You get five stars from me Millard.

A great experience. Milgard responded immediately to my call about my Milgard window leaking, and scheduled a repair within a months time. A very nice man came out and the window was repaired in 1/2 an hour. I’m so impressed with this company how they honor their warranties!

Alvaro and his team were fantastic. They came early and had all the windows placed next to the rooms and their tools and everything ready before their scheduled time. They were very Professional and Respectful. They left the house clean. They were wearing shoe covers and they rolled out paper sheets to protect the floor. Their service was Simply Amazing. Shoutout to Alvaro and his team.

Enrique Oliva and his team were amazing. He went over every aspect of the work to be done. His team taped off any areas for dust and taped floors. They worked so efficiently and well together. Areas were kept so clean. When they were done it looked so beautiful. We didnt have to do anything to the inside frame and only had to paint exterior trim. Outstanding team and super happy with energy efficient windows. Will be finishing the rest of the house soon. Windows are expensive but totally worth it. Never again installing cheap vinyl. Very happy client.

Enrique's crew removed and installed 14 windows and 1 back sliding french door in under 7 hours. Very efficient and profesional. He kept me informed on the steps the entire day. Beautiful job. I am very pleased.

SOUTHGATE GLASS REVIEWS

This time I needed shower doors for my new walk-in shower. They quickly made an appointment for the estimator (and installer) to come measure and show me options. Within a very short time I had their estimate which was lower than other quotes I had received. Early into the estimated delivery time they scheduled the install. The Installer was right on time and very quickly had the doors installed. I had previously used Southgate to replace all the windows at my former house. They did a terrific job there, and also with the shower doors. Highly recommend Southgate Glass!

We replaced four sliding glass doors and a large window. The job was not straightforward as the house was older and had settled. In addition, we were living part-time out of the country. South Gate adjusted their work schedules to ours, and Frances held my hand throughout the entire process, which took over a year. We are very happy with our new windows, and with our experience with Southgate.

We needed to weatherproof our old windows without totally replacing them. Southgate was the only place we found locally that would make custom storm windows at a reasonable price. Great customer service and the installation was easy and quick!
