Well, here I am again, which says everything about Valliani Jewelers. I made friends and they took care of me as such especially during my selection of my girl’s engagement ring. I already had chosen two to select from, when another wedding set caught the corner of my eye. That was it!! THE ONE RING! The others had halos around them. This did not. It was a center stone piece propped by delicately diamond-decorated prongs holding it up. The stone was absolutely brilliant just like my future wife. She’s my rock and she deserves to be seen with one as beautiful as this. It definitely says, “She’s mine!”. I took her to my hometown of San Francisco and proposed to her at my favorite childhood memory, Fort Point, underneath the Golden Gate Bridge. She said yes of course. When you find your soulmate, you want to spend the rest of your life with her. I am the most blessed man in this universe. I highly recommend asking for Yama as he truly epitomizes customer service. Valliani Arden Mall always gives us great customer service. My husband bought me my ring set from here and we always make sure to bring it in every 3 months for cleaning and inspection so that the life time warranty is in effect. There was an instance where a tiny diamond fell off my wedding band. We brought it in and they fixed it for us at no charge since we had the life time warranty. We’ve always been greeted with respect from Ray and Diana. The Valliani team at Arden Mall always provide great customer service and answered all our questions throughly.
