I had an amazing experience bringing my car here for service. Someone had hit my bumper and left it scratched, and they completely took care of it. They repainted the bumper and made it look brand new. You can’t even tell anything ever happened! On top of that, they surprised me by detailing my car. I honestly did not expect it, and I was extremely satisfied. My car looked absolutely amazing when I picked it up. The service was 10/10. They kept me updated throughout the entire process, which I really appreciated. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing repairs or service. Great work and great customer service!

I have personally been to several collision repair shops and I can say that CARSTAR will forever have my business. Their facility was inviting, clean and comfortable, I never had to wait long, the staff is kind, friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable. Their facility craftsmanship of their employees was exemplary. The job was completed exactly when they said it would be and they had great communication skills. I never had to wonder what was going on, I was updated every step of the way! They even took my rental back for me and washed my vehicle! I dealt primarily with Mono but had the privilege to also deal with Rebecca. Both were fantastic! Even the other employees, which I don’t know by name, would smile and greet us with kindness and professionalism. I simply cannot say enough good things about this place. Throughout the experience with the shop I have to say I was impressed by how well they did our repairs. It didn’t help that there was supplemental damage found but it was out of their control causing the repairs to take time. But everytime I called for status update they were honest and direct about what was going on and what all was left too and reasons why. Which I really did appreciate them providing and super friendly too. I hope I never get another car accident but if it happens then I’m taking it back here 100%.

I had an accident a month ago and was referred to this place. It exceeded my expectations! Thanks to Mono, he had guided me in-depth through the process of what they were going to do and what the choices are. Their customer service is excellent, they will call you multiple times and make sure everything is firm before they can start the repairing process. The repair process was actually quick and was finished a day before expected date! Very satisfied with the results and the whole service! Would recommend.
