3 Best Hotels in Sacramento, CA

I loved this hotel! The room was spacious and clean. It had a great view of the river and bridge. Lance upgraded our room because we were gold members. The food downstairs was delicious. Breakfast downstairs was amazing. I don't eat pork, but my husband enjoyed bacon and sausage. There is also an omelet station! The only small complaint was the room couldn't get cool enough for us. Granted it was a very hot Sacramento day. It only goes to 68 degrees. Other than that, the staff and service was impeccable.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Embassy Suites by Hilton in Sacramento. The customer service was incredible. The room was gorgeous – (I think we got the room in the pictures online!) The breakfast staff and breakfast was wonderful and even the valets were exceptional. We had an amazing experience. Thank you.

It's one of my fav hotels in SAC! Great location (across the street from Old SAC), walking distance from downtown SAC and the A's Ball Park). The rooms are spacious for two or more people to spread out in. The free daily social hour is fun, and the breakfast buffet is excellent.

I stayed at the Sheraton in Sacramento for the Zach Bryan concert at the Golden 1 Center, and I couldn’t have picked a better hotel. It was truly the nicest and cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. From the moment I arrived, everything about the property felt polished, welcoming, and high-end. The lobby and common areas were immaculate, and the staff was incredibly friendly and professional. My room was spotless and comfortable, with thoughtful details and top-notch cleanliness that stood out. The bed was cozy, the bathroom was pristine, and everything was in perfect working order. The location was ideal—just a short walk or quick drive to the Golden 1 Center, which made the concert experience even more enjoyable. Whether you’re in town for an event, work, or just a relaxing stay, I can’t recommend this hotel enough. I’ll definitely be coming back the next time I’m in Sacramento.

I stayed here for an event that was being held at the convention center. The employees were very nice and helpful at check in. I wish that I would have gotten the gentleman’s name. The room was roomy and clean. I did have to play around with the AC to get it working. Once I did it worked effectively and was quiet. There are some restaurants not far and an old time movie theater that was playing recent movies. The hotel also has a restaurant and a bar and very well staffed. If you are Marriott platinum or above they do have an executive lounge and I was pleasantly surprised and it exceeded my expectations. They had eggs, sausage, cereal, muffins and various other items. One night they even had shrimp, egg rolls, cheeses meats, and lemon bars. I would stay here again if I’m ever back in Sacramento.

Newly renovated rooms that look fantastic. The M lounge is also upgraded and fully stocked. You can now order a limited amount of mixed drinks, beer and wine. If Monica is working she is extra attentive and friendly.
