Great workout! Almost finished with my first week and definitely look forward to coming back! Love the energy, supportive coaches/staff and members. Everyone is super friendly, which helps with getting through the workouts!
One of my biggest issues with fitness is figuring out a routine, it’s so overwhelming! D1 staff do an outstanding job of setting up a routine in a group environmental that is comprehensive, challenging, and fun! I would highly recommend this place!
