I was in town for 3 weeks and needed a gym to be able to stay on my training plan and I’m glad I found IronGrind! They have everything a body builder, power lifter and hybrid athlete could need and more! Loved being able to train with the Eleiko Kg plates and their outside section. Staff was always present, nice and helpful! Overall vibe of the gym was 100%!!
A reliable gym with plenty of equipment. Whether you’re looking to build upper body physique, legs, or to improve your endurance, this gym has a lot of machines. Recommend this gym to anyone. Also, the late hours work with my schedule. 5/5 Stars
Really liked it there, staff is friendly and helpful as well as the people being respectful and cleanly. The gym also has an array of machines being accessible for specific exercises
