I live in Va Beach but my daughter works in Chesapeake so I started coming to this location and it was the best choice I made, much nicer than the locations I had been going to,equipment was in great shape and updated, very clean and the employees are very friendly,not to mention open 24 hours unlike the one I had been too.Well worth the drive!!

My favorite PF to work out in. Staff is professional, and the location is very clean. I did notice the inside of a couple of lockers need a wipe down, and wallpaper is starting to peel in certain places in the gym, but I'm certain these issues will be remedied after someone reads this. They strive to provide the best experience. I've tried other PFs in the Norfolk and VA Beach areas, but they do not compare.

My home gym,love it and come here very often....love the vibe and seeing fellow gym rats! The employees are always kind and greet me coming and going ,this gym is always very clean and tidy as well
