I have been a patient at Synergy for about 2 years. As a result of my decision to seek care at Synergy, I have made life-changing discoveries about underlying health concerns. Working with Dr. Ryder, we have developed a plan to address my health concerns and I am seeing and feeling the results. I don't believe I could have or would have received this level of care, or the interest in unearthing underlying issues at a standard medical practice. The individualized care I have received has not been available to me through a PCP or in an urgent care environment. Synergy is setup to treat the individual and isn't constrained by the patient throughput required of a standard medical office.

I have been getting chiropractic and massage treatments here for just under a year. Their chiropractic method isn’t the traditional snap, crackle, and pop. I’ve found their techniques to be just as effective, but far more comfortable and gentle on the body. I see Dr. Sarah, who is always very sweet and takes the time to have personal conversation with me during treatment. I appreciate that the treatment room is enclosed and private. You also never feel rushed through the appointment. The best part about their massages is that they are so incredibly affordable. They cost half the price of spas and you aren’t expected to tip on top of every appointment. My masseuse does a great job and I’m able to get them weekly or biweekly because of the affordability. Front desk staff is always friendly and helpful. Appointments are fairly easy to get as long as you book at least 1-2 weeks in advanced if you are going during peak hours.Would highly recommend.
