SYNERGY INTEGRATIVE MEDICAL CENTER REVIEWS

I have been a patient at Synergy for about 2 years. As a result of my decision to seek care at Synergy, I have made life-changing discoveries about underlying health concerns. Working with Dr. Ryder, we have developed a plan to address my health concerns and I am seeing and feeling the results. I don't believe I could have or would have received this level of care, or the interest in unearthing underlying issues at a standard medical practice. The individualized care I have received has not been available to me through a PCP or in an urgent care environment. Synergy is setup to treat the individual and isn't constrained by the patient throughput required of a standard medical office.

I just had my annual check-in with Dr. Long at Synergy Integrative Medicine Center in Chesapeake! I look forward to it all year. I love looking at my progress and the awesome coaching I receive. I have been going to Synergy since 2015, and as I come up to 60 years old this year, I feel great, and my labs reveal that my health is optimized. Thank you, Synergy, for coaching me through this stage of my life to be vibrant and healthy. Highly recommend you give them a call and get a consultation - life-changing. I almost forgot about the staff - the best. Love that Dawn, who greets us with a smile, makes you feel so welcome - a very gracious lady.

I went to the Elements of health after receiving a spa finder gift card. I was really excited to try them out and they did not disappoint. This was a very relaxing experience and everyone that I interacted with was incredibly kind. I had Ashley for a 90 minute deep tissue massage and paid 130$. She was very attentive to detail and paid attention to the places that I pointed out that were tight. After my session with her, I asked about membership prices and was pleasantly surprised. For 75$ I can get a 60 minute massage each month. 10/10 will be back each and every month for this lovely business.

These ladies are magic. I’ve had a massage with both the owner and Ophelia. I felt very comfortable with them with my post op body after tummy tuck. I felt like they knew their stuff and did not try to push my body too far during the various phases of healing. I always felt much better after every session.

The massage left me feeling 10x better than I felt when I arrived. Ashley used the right amount of pressure. As well as able to target the needed areas. The entire place has a warm, relaxing and cozy feeling. I definitely will recommend Elements of Health to others.
